The meeting began with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was initiated for all members: Council Members Kathy Kreuz, David Pilliod, Michael Rochelle, Craig Rose, Tony Stuart, and Diane Westhoven were in attendance.

The agenda was read out for all council members and approved. The Minutes for the April 26th meeting and public hearing were read and also approved.

The Committee reports consisted solely of the performance of the Police hours and the EMS hours.

Old Business:

-Third reading of Ordinance 2021; Assessments for leaf collection approved and will proceed.

-Third reading of Ordinance 2021; Assessments for street lights approved and will proceed.

New Business:

-The annual review of the liquor permit was assessed by all board members present.

-The council members went over the calendar for the 2021 meeting schedule and updated as necessary.

-The Swanton Railroad Park lease was discussed at length.

There was nothing for the Administrator’s Report. There was nothing for the Personnel Report. There was nothing for the Public Comment report as no one reached out before the May 6th deadline.

The meeting switched to the discussion for the Executive Session, during which it was declared all topics covered were to be considered off-record. The meeting was then adjourned.
