A Wauseon man was sentenced on July 18, 2018, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Nikia McCall, Jr., 25, previously pleaded guilty to Forgery. On October 31, 2017, he forged a check.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. McCall to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay restitution of $375 to the victim, stay out of bars/taverns„ not possess or consume alcohol, successfully complete the SEARCH program at the Wood County Justice Center, seek and maintain employment, maintain his child support obligation, and successfully complete the Drug Court.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. McCall spending 11 months in prison.
