Six new signs designating parking for veterans only will be installed at the Williams County Courthouse as soon as the renovations are complete.

The Board of County Commissioners approved the signs at its May 5 meeting. The decision comes after the Veterans Office signed off on the plan.

Four signs will be placed in front of the Veterans Office in the East Annex, while the other two will be at the courthouse by the Board of Elections.

In other actions, the board:
-Changed the status of Megan Puehler from intermittent to full time (40 hours per week) at WEDCO. Puehler’s rate of pay will be $16 per hour. She will on probation for six months.

-Will receive sealed bids for asphalt paving on various roads in Williams County until 10 a.m. May 26 at their fourth floor office.
