First, the board heard from Jennifer Carisle-Steingass regarding high school gymnastics during the hearing of the public.

Next, minutes from the previous meeting were approved, along with the following items listed under a consent agenda. A list of monthly bills and financial reports, a list of donations, then and now certificates, a list of change funds, FY 2024 final appropriations, and an advance repayment.

Several personnel recommendations were also approved, including the dedicated school staffing substitute list, an addendum to the treasurer’s contract, a change in title from Teacher Aide to Educational Aide, and an agreement between OAPSE Local #533 and the Wauseon Exempted Village Board of Education.

Lastly, prices were set for breakfast and lunch for the 2024-2025 school year, a payment was set for the insurance protection fund, and supply/workbook fees were set for the 2024-2025 school year, as were the bus routes. With no further items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, August 12th at 5:00 p.m. in the WES/WMS Cafetorium.
