Modifications and supplemental modifications to the FY16 Appropriations and the FY16 Certificate of Resources were approved as presented. Various then and now certificates were also approved.

In personnel items, the board approved Harley Serres and Tony Schweinhagen as Student Pool Workers for the 2015-16 school year. Mile Colon, Shelley Grosjean, Casey Elson, Tracy Elson, Kayla Heising, Joy Hutchinson, Matt Hutchison, Kristin Kutz, Mike Marshall, Katie Miller, Brad Myers, Sara Rupp, Mark Schnitkey, Chris Thomas, and Tom Vernot were also approved as tournament workers for the OHSAA Boys Basketball Tournament.
