(October 4th, 2014)-WAUSEON: The 21 digs and 3 aces of Sariah Yackee weren’t enough to propel the Lady Indians past the visiting Springfield team.
Springfield got off to a fast start, and Wauseon quickly found themselves on the losing end of a 10-25 score. Game 2 saw the Indians recover a bit, but they were unable to usurp control of the match away from Springfield, dropping the last two sets 18-25 and 17-25.
Hayley Chamberlain added 11 assists for Wauseon. Kierra Fountain contributed 8 kills, 6 digs, and 2 aces in the losing effort.
