William “Bill” Yedica (1956 – 2024)

William Henry “Bill” Yedica, age 67, of Archbold, passed away in his home on Thursday evening, February 8, 2024. Prior to his retirement he had worked at Koncor Industries in Wauseon for many years. He also served as a Firefighter and EMT on the Archbold Fire Department for many years.

Bill was born in Wauseon, Ohio on April 9, 1956, the son of Kenneth and Mary Lee (Schultz) Yedica. On December 30, 1995 he married Teri Sharps, and she survives.

In his spare time Bill enjoyed restoring and tinkering with his Nova, Camaro, and Corvettes. He was also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

Surviving besides his wife, Teri, is daughter, Amber (Michael) Miller of Napoleon; two sons, Lucas (Lena) Yedica of Archbold and Jerod (Jennifer) Yedica of Archbold; grandchildren, Morgan, Zoe, Harper, Clayton, Jocelyn and Drake. He is also survived by sister, Bonnie (Ron) Eckert of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Rick Yedica of Texas; his mother-in-law, Carol Jean Sharps-Leininger; and his faithful dog, Willowmae. He was preceded in death by both parents.

Visitation for Bill will be held from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 19, 2024 at the Grisier Funeral Home in Archbold. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 P.M., with Pastor Larry Kennedy, officiating.
