WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Final Session Of 2022 Held By Williams County Commissioners

Williams County Commissioners Terry Rummel and Lew Hilkert finished out the year on December 22, 2022 with the passage of a few resolutions.

Besides signing lots of paperwork and getting the bills paid, they approved:


  • Minutes of December 19, 2022 and payment of bills
  • Resolution 336: supplemental appropriations
  • Resolution 337: authorizing Fred Lord, Director of Williams County Job and Family Services, to act as the Williams County Commissioners Designee for approving Inter County adjustments of allocated funds for calendar year 2023
  • Resolution 338: appropriation modifications for 2022 to be made by Vickie Grimm, county auditor
  • Also signed – credit card appropriations for commissioners’ office and auditor’s office for January 2023; two permits to work within County/Township Road right of way from Frontier Communications; 2022 Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program; dog warden report for week of December 12-18, 2022; letter going to 11 officials and department heads on how to handle inclement weather
