Beginning at 8:28 a.m. on Monday morning, December 13, 2021, the Williams County Commissioners immediately went into Executive Session to “prepare for, conducting and reviewing negotiations of bargaining sessions with employees and present are most elected officials.”

There was no action taken and following a short recess the commissioners went into General Session.

They voted to approve supplemental appropriations, the minutes of the previous meeting and the bills as well as to sign the Dog Warden report for the week of December 6-12, 2021.

With nothing else to discuss or approve they went into another 10 minute recess and rejoined to go into an Executive Session “to consider employment” with Patti Rockey (County Recorder) and Vicki Grimm (County Auditor) present. No action was taken and they held a 5 minute recess.

The third Executive Session was begun at 10 a.m. and was “to consider employment” with just the commissioners present.

A half an hour later they came out of Executive Session with No action and with no other business, adjourned for the day.
