Williams County Grand Jury Hands Down Thirteen Indictments

The Williams County Grand Jury convened on December 8 and returned indictments against 13 individuals facing 17 charges.  Those indicted include:

Desirae M. Eddy, 43, of Bryan was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony.  Eddy is accused of using or possessing methamphetamine on or about July 9.

Narissa S. Fackler, 29, of Stryker was indicted for Having Weapons while under Disability, a third-degree felony.  Fackler is accused of carrying a firearm, while under indictment for a previous felony offense, on or about September 4.

James R. Font, 23, of Archbold was indicted for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drug of Abuse, a first-degree misdemeanor, and Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.  Authorities allege that Font was carrying a firearm while driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse on or about December 5.

Garrett T. Fulk, 18, of Bryan was indicted for Felonious Assault, a second-degree felony, and Domestic Violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.  Fulk is accused of attempting to cause physical harm to a teen-aged family or household member by using a knife on or about December 5.

Nissan W. Jackson, 28, of Toledo was indicted for Vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.  Jackson is accused of damaging a fire escape door at The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on or about November 7.

Dustin R. Jones, 27, of Edgerton was indicted for Having Weapons while under Disability, a third-degree felony.  Jones is accused of carrying or using a firearm, after having been previously convicted of a felony offense of violence, on or about September 4.

Nicholas R. Jones, 41, of Edgerton was indicted for Disrupting Public Services, a fourth-degree felony. Jones is accused of preventing another person from calling 911 from a mobile phone on or about November 16.

Paul R. Lytle, 38, of Pioneer was indicted for Failure to Appear, a fourth-degree felony.  Authorities allege that Lytle failed to appear as required by the court in connection to a previous felony offense.

Felipe Mireles, Jr., 23, of Toledo was indicted on two counts of Vandalism, each a fifth-degree felony.  Authorities allege that Mireles damaged sprinkler heads belonging to The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on or about October 16 and November 2.

Jeremy T. Newell, 37, of Pioneer was indicted for Domestic Violence, a third-degree felony.  Newell is accused of causing or attempting to cause physical harm to a family or household member, after having been previously convicted of two or more domestic violence offenses, on or about November 29.

David L. Ruetz, 57, of West Unity was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Dangerous Ordinance, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of Inducing Panic, also a fifth-degree felony.  The charges are in relation to an event occurring on or about November 17, when authorities allege that Ruetz caused public alarm with reckless disregard by use of a sawed-off hand-held 50 caliber muzzle loader.  Specifications to Count II also not the brandishing of the firearm.
