Williams County Grand Jury Indicts Eighteen

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Williams County Grand Jury recently convened to consider indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Those indicted included:
-TAMI JENKINS, age 55, of Osseo, MI, was indicted on one account of Forgery.

-JESSE POWELL, age 33, of Hamilton, IN, was indicted on one account of Grand Theft, one account of Burglary, one account of Breaking and Entering, and one account of Theft.

-MARY JO SANCHEZ, age 51, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.


-MICHAEL COUTS, age 47, of Blakeslee, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Having Weapons While Under Disability.

-DILLION GOSTLIN, age 30, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Strangulation, one account of Assault, and one account of Misdemeanor Theft.

-NALAH JACKSON, age 26, of Columbus, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Assault.


-JACOB COX, age 28, of Toledo, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Vandalism.

-CHRISTOPHER BORSTELMAN, age 38, of Napoleon, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and one account of Possession of Drugs.

-MADISON BOWERS, age 20, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Assault.

-RASHAAD RANDOLPH, age 33, of Toledo, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Harassment with a Bodily Substance.


-JOSEPH RICHMOND, age 44, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Felonious Assault, one account of Domestic Violence, and one account of Assault.

-JADEN KYLE, age 55, of South Bend, IN, was indicted on two accounts of Passing Bad Checks.

-KATELYNN PHILLIPS, age 23, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Forgery.

-DALE SULSER JR., age 25, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Domestic Violence and one account of Endangering Children.

-JACOB AMES, age 36, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-MAXWELL SIDNEY, age 31, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-LARISSA KOHORST, age 42, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-MICHAEL KRUPEANY, age 42, of Coldwater, MI, was indicted on one account of Failure to Appear as Required by Recognizance.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
