BIKE RAFFLE … In conjunction with its Second Annual Tour de Book Bicycling Event, Williams County Public Library is sponsoring a Tour de Book Bike Raffle as well. Tickets for the Fuji Adventure Bike (donated by Colbart’s Bicycle Shop in Edon) can be purchased at your local library up until Saturday, September 28, 2013 for one dollar each or six for five dollars; the winning ticket will be drawn Monday, September 30. Displaying the sturdy, light bike ~ valued at four hundred dollars ~ are John and Valda Colbart. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit “Friends” of all libraries of Williams County.
