The Williams County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify this subject in connection to a complaint involving the new fountain at the courthouse. The subject is described as a white male wearing light brown pants and a dark shirt. The incident happened in the early morning hours of September 5, 2015. A lot of time, energy, and money went into the designing and building of the fountain.
