Williams County Sheriff’s Office Attempting To Identify Subject

11057486_684646711671292_3342850805249407642_nThe Williams County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify this subject in connection to a complaint involving the new fountain at the courthouse. The subject is described as a white male wearing light brown pants and a dark shirt. The incident happened in the early morning hours of September 5, 2015. A lot of time, energy, and money went into the designing and building of the fountain.

Please help our office identify this subject who was attempting to tamper with/damage the fountain. If you have information about this subject’s identity, please contact our office.
