A total of 15 people were indicted by a Williams County Grand Jury on Tuesday, November 15. Those indicted included:
Ankney, Tiffany A. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse, a first degree misdemeanor, and child endangerment, a fifth degree felony.
Buchholz, Brandon T. (Holgate, Ohio). Indicted for escape, a third degree felony.

Clark, Jerome R. (Grove City, Ohio). Indicted for 3 counts of non-support of dependents, all fourth degree felonies.
Cupp, Amy L. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for theft of drugs, a fourth degree felony.
Eagle, Scottie L. (Hillsdale, Michigan). Indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide, a third degree felony.
Friley, Charles W. (Defiance, Ohio). Indicted for domestic violence, a fourth degree felony.
Haynes, Brandy M. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for one count trafficking in heroin, a fourth degree felony, possession of heroin, a fourth degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony.
Jessee, Dakota M. (Pioneer, Ohio). Indicted for 2 counts of vehicular assault, each fourth degree felonies.
Nagel, Alyssa M. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for possession of heroin, a fifth degree felony and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Oost, Taylor J. (Pioneer, Ohio). Indicted for two counts of burglary, both second degree felonies.
Powers, James A. (Fayette, Ohio). Indicted for 9 counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, all fourth degree felonies, failure to comply with the order or signal of police officer, a first degree misdemeanor, and 2 counts of burglary, both second degree felonies.
Rice, III, Frank J. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for vandalism, a fifth degree felony.
Richards, Kenneth T.D. (Pioneer, Ohio). Indicted for burglary , a second degree felony.
Rochester, Michael C. (Defiance, Ohio). Indicted for trafficking in heroin, a fourth degree felony; with specification, possession of heroin, a fourth degree felony, a fourth degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
