CELEBRATING AMERICA’S BIRTHDAY … People flooded the small town of Kunkle on Tuesday to watch the annual 4th of July parade. Hot temperatures didn’t stop children and adults from packing the streets to catch a view of floats, firetrucks, tractors and more. A fly over by Mercy Health started the festivities and the North Central Band performed the star-spangled banner before the near hour-long parade commenced. Children cheerfully gathered candy and popsicles while parade entries made their way down the street. A good time was had by all proving the Kunkle parade continues to be a crowd favorite.
