August 28th: Both the seventh and eighth grade North Central Volleyball teams were in action on Thursday, as they battled the Edgerton Bulldogs. Neither Eagle team was able to pick up a win, however.
The seventh grade Eagles fought quite hard, but were unable to secure the match. Game 1 was a tight battle between the two teams, with Edgerton winning 25-20. In the second set, North Central increased their intensity, and the girls took the game 25-23. Game 3 was a struggle, but the Eagles of North Central couldn’t capitalize on momentum, losing the set 21-25.
In the eighth grade game, the Eagles dropped the first set, 17-25. Game 2 saw similar results, as the Bulldogs claimed the set and the match 25-16.
