Hilltop 45 Edon 22

WEST UNITY – Libbie Baker had 10 of her 22 points in the first quarter as Hilltop (10-5, 4-0 BBC) used a fast start to cruise past the Bombers 45-22.

Kacy Connolly joined Baker in double figures with 10 for Hiltop, who remains tied for first place in the BBC. Natalie Wofford had eight points to lead Edon (3-14, 0-4 BBC).

Wauseon 68 Swanton 14

WAUSEON – The Indians dialed up 10 3-pointers led by six from Marisa Seiler in a convincing 68-14 win over Swanton (8-7, 0-4 NWOAL).

Seiler poured in a game-high 31 points for Wauseon (12-3, 3-1 NWOAL) and Hayley Meyer had 10. Katie Floyd and Emma Crow tallied four points each for the Bulldogs.

Bryan 52 Delta 24

BRYAN –Ten Golden Bears landed in the scoring column led by 15 points from Reese Grothaus to help Bryan (13-2, 4-0 NWOAL) remain undefeated in the NWOAL.

Khloe Weber had two free throws and two field golas for six points to front Delta (3-13, 1-3 NWOAL).

Evergreen 55 Patrick Henry 36

METAMORA –Evergreen (10-5, 3-1 NWOAL) took control in the third quarter with a 24-13 advantage led by Lucy Serna who had 10 of her 14 points in the quarter.

Macy Chamberlin topped the scoring column for the Vikings with 20 points and Bekah Bowser had 15.

Archbold 46 Liberty Center 42

ARCHBOLD –The Bluestreaks (11-6, 2-2 NWOAL) were able to hit some free throws down the stretch to seal a 46-42 win over Liberty Center (8-8, 2-2 NWOAL) at The Thunderdome.

Leah McQuade paced Archbold with five buckets and five free throws for 15 points while Addi Ziegler added 12, aided by a pair of 3-pointers.

North Central 36 Holgate 30

HOLGATE – The Eagles (9-7, 3-1 BBC) were 8/11 at the foul line in the fourth quarter to help them close out a 36-30 road win. Madison Brown dropped a game-high 23 points for North Central, including scoring all 14 of the Eagles points in the first half.

Pettisville 44 Fayette 19

PETTISVILLE –The Blackbirds outscored Fayette (0-15, 0-4 BBC) 18-2 at the free throw line and forced 38 turnovers by the Eagles in a 44-19 win.

Amanda Grimm led a balanced attack by Pettisville (3-14, 1-3 BBC) with 12 points while Gracee Bingman hit two treys to top Fayette with six.

Wayne Trace 36 Edgerton 12

HAVILAND –Abby Moore had six buckets for 12 points as Wayne Trace (6-8, 1-3 GMC) rolled to their first win of the season in the GMC. Noelle Ritter fronted the Bulldogs (2-14, 0-4 GMC) with two hoops and a free throw for 5 points.
