GIRLS BASKETBALL

Wauseon 55 Patrick Henry 37

WAUSEON – Marisa Seiler accounted for 13 of Wauseon’s (17-3, 5-1 NWOAL) 15 fourth quarter points as she totaled 27 on the night in a 55-37 win over Patrick Henry (4-16, 1-5).

Autumn Pelok joined Seiler in double figures with 17.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Wauseon, 20-14 (2 quarters)

Delta 46 Swanton 16

SWANTON – Delta (5-14, 2-4 NWOAL) raced to a 23-10 lead at halftime and then used a 12-0 third quarter to pull away for the 46-16 win at Swanton.

Khloe Weber topped the Panthers with 12 points while Katie Floyd tallied eight for Swanton (9-10, 0-6).

JUNIOR VARSITY: Swanton, 45-17

Tinora 49 Stryker 38

STRYKER – After a slow start by both teams, the Rams (12-8) put together an 18-8 second quarter on their way to a 49-38 non-league win at Stryker.

Sage Woolace was high scorer for Stryker (9-11) with 21.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Tinora, 24-8 (2 quarters)

Liberty Center 51 Pettisville 45

LIBERTY CENTER – The Tigers (12-8) were 15/26 at the foul line compared to 8/13 for Pettisville as the Tigers held off the Blackbirds 51-45.

Alli King nailed three triples and led Pettisville (3-18) with 13 points on the night.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Liberty Center, 52-14

Hicksville 50 Edgerton 36

HICKSVILLE – Kenzie Schroeder poured in 24 points to lead all scorers as Hicksville (14-6, 3-3 GMC) picked up a GMC victory at Edgerton.

Dominique Fort was the catalyst of the Bulldog (2-18, 0-6) offense with 16 and Grace Schroeder added 13.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Edgerton, 20-18

BOYS BASKETBALL

Pettisville 43 Montpelier 29

MONTPELIER – Pettisville (11-8 5-1 BBC) rallied from a 19-17 halftime deficit to outscore the Locos 26-10 to remain in a tie for first place in the BBC after the win.

Cayden Jacoby paced the Blackbirds with 21 points and Joey Ripke netted 11. Garrett Walz had five buckets for 10 to lead Montpelier (2-16, 0-6).

MONTPELIER  9   10   3    7 –  29

JUNIOR VARSITY: Montpelier, 31-21
