The Delta Chamber of Commerce held their annual Thank You dinner on Sunday, December 11th.

The dinner, which took place at the Delta 109 Tavern and Eatery on Main Street, was open to the public.

Everyone was welcome to come out and eat a buffet style dinner paid for by the chamber.

This event has taken place for around nine years now and has been a way to say thank you to the people of Delta.

“It is one of our ways we help out the community here in Delta. It allows us to show our thanks for being a part of Delta.”

“It is also a nice time for the holidays, especially this year with times getting harder.”

“It allows us to help a lot of families that might not afford much and for us to help provide for them is a wonderful thing.”

“It’s a nice community to live in and we all need to help each other out,” said Delta Chamber of Commerce President Candy Baird.

The event lasted from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Every year normally sees between 100 and 150 people come out to enjoy the chambers generosity.

The Delta Chamber of Commerce would like to thank Delta 109 and all the staff that helped with the event, as well as everyone that came out to ensure a great evening.
