The Williams County Commissioners meeting began at 10:30 a.m. with the introduction of the City Clerk’s Correspondence.

The members present were Lewis D. Hilkert, Bartley E. Westfall, and Terry N. Rummel.

Resolution 23-0062 approving the Williams County Auditor, Vickie L. Grimm, to create new lines from and make appropriations to the Williams County Commissioners fund for Sarah’s Friends and Hillside Country Living Generator, as well as to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office fund for a motivational speaking event. The board unanimously moved to adopt the resolution.

Resolution 23-0063, unanimously approved by the board, approved the Director for Williams County Department of Aging Donna Sprow’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Williams County Department of Aging and Frontier Community Services for Fountain Creek Senior Villas.

Motions were made by Westfall and seconded by Rummel to approve the meeting minutes and the bills as given by the auditor.
