The North Central High School held their 2023 Graduation ceremony for seniors on May 28th, 2023. The ceremony began at 2:00 p.m. with processional to the traditional “Pomp and Circumstances.”
Principal Gregory Puthoff was on stage to then welcome everyone. To Honor America, “The Pledge of Allegiance” was said by seniors Sean Michael and Mason Hamilton.
Our National Anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner” was then performed by the North Central Choir.
Puthoff next introduced the Honor Students who stood in front of the audience for pictures. Valedictorian Erica Knapp then took the stage to give her speech.
Salutatorian Isabelle Burnett spoke next and gave a speech to her classmates before Class President Sean Michael presented his class with a gift.
Puthoff came back on stage to introduce the most outstanding boy and girl senior and presented them with a gift.
The North Central Choir then performed “Like an Eagle” by Carl Strommen followed by North Centrals “Alma Mater.”
The President of North Central’s Board of Education Anthony Burnett then presented the seniors with their diplomas before Michael led his classmates in “turning of the tassel.”
