THE VILLAGE REPORTER

This Saturday saw some activity at Bryan Chief Supermarket, thanks to the hard work of the Parent Support Group of Williams County.

This group is dedicated to supporting the families of those affected by autism, mental illness, or behavioral disorders -with safety serving as a main focus.

SAFETY PERSONNEL … There to teach safety was the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Department, and EMS.

As the community lined up to learn more about safety, autism, and mental health, a free-will donation for hot dogs and ice cream was had.

CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION … AmberLee Logan, Tyler Adams, Autumn Leffel, and Doug Damron posed with the certificate of participation for the safety event.

This raised $164.20, which was donated to the Williams County Special Olympics.

This donation will help offset the costs incurred by the Summer Games at Ohio State University, as well as help prepare for upcoming events.
