The Blakeslee Village Council met on November 6, 2023 at 6 p.m. Mayor Cody Reynolds, Police Chief Randy Mohre, and councilors Rosemary Alexander, Cletus Radabaugh, Eric Jenkins, Shelly Cox, and Nick Reed were present as well. Absent were councilor Robert Mohre and Fiscal Officer Courtny Osborn.

The minutes of the October council meeting were approved as presented shortly before the month’s financial reports were approved as presented. An animal control problem was brought up, and Chief Mohre is to get to the bottom of the issue.

Also brought up was the necessity of repairs to the alley behind the lumber store, as well as the information that Toledo Edison put a light in on the south end of town.

It was shared that the next Blakeslee Village council meeting is set for Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 6 p.m. before a motion made by councilor Jenkins to adjourn the meeting was carried unanimously.
