GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL: Montpelier Defeats Stryker 50-35 In Opening Game Of BSN Holiday Classic

Montpelier 50 Stryker 35

BRYAN – Jada Uribes scored 13 points and Kelsie Bumb added 10 as Montpelier (7-1) advanced to the title game of the BSN Holiday Classic by defeating Stryker 50-35.

Stryker’s Abby Oberlin hit two triples and added a pair of two-point buckets for a team-high 10.

MONTPELIER (50) – Bumb 10; Hillard 4; Z. Uribes 5; Mahan 9; McGee 7; Hopper 2; J. Uribes 13; Totals: 12-5-11 – 50
