Williams County Grand Jury Hands Down 20 Indictments

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Williams County Grand Jury recently convened to consider indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

-NAPOLSKI, DAVID THOMAS, 39, of Maumee, Ohio, was indicted on one account of nonsupport of dependents.

-MANEY, XAVIER M, 20, of Defiance, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Strangulation, two accounts of Domestic Violence, and one account of Abduction.

-SINES, PATRYCK T.E., 23, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on four accounts of Domestic Violence and one account of Disrupting Public Services.

-DAY, TED E., 34, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Burglary, one account of Assault, one account of Felonious Assault, one account of Attempted Murder, one account of Tampering with Evidence, and one account of Violating a Protection Order.

-CUTAIA, JOSEPH D., 45, of State Island, NY, was indicted on one account of Vandalism.

-CANALES, ISAIAH M., 22, of Edgerton, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Burglary and one account of Menacing by Stalking.

-YATES, JOSHUA E., 34, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-LAYMAN, TREVOR L., 29, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-DOWNS, BILLIE JO., 49, of Edgerton, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-MOSER, JOSEPH R., 37, of Edgerton, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-GOEBEL, LACEY RAE, 38, of Edgerton, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-SNYDER, CHARLES P., 52, of Edon, was indicted on one account of Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound.

-CRUZ, GUMARO, 29, of Montpelier, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Drug Trafficking, one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one account of Having Weapons While Under Disability.

-SHAFFER, CHERYL L., 55, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-FRISBY, NOAH THOMAS, 23, of Pioneer, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity and one account of Counterfeiting.

-RADEMACHER, COOPER BECK, 21, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, three accounts of Counterfeiting, one account of Identity Theft, one account of Forgery, one account of Breaking and Entering, one account of Theft, and one account of Possessing Criminal Tools.

GIBLER, KALIE ANN, 23, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, three accounts of Counterfeiting, one account of Identity Theft, one account of Forgery, one account of Breaking and Entering, one account of Theft, and one account of Possessing Criminal Tools.

-CHAMPION, DALE A., 20, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Identity Fraud, one account of Theft, and one account of Forgery.

-FLEET, DION J., 23, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, one account of Identity Fraud, and one account of Forgery.

-RANDOLPH, BRANDON T., 23 of Toledo, Ohio, was indicted on account of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, one account of Identity Fraud, and one account of Forgery.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
