The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio has recently announced its employees of the month for August and September.

For the month of August, Alex Michael was selected. Alex Michel, a corrections officer from Williams County, has been at CCNO for a little over six years. He was nominated because of his ability to work in some of the more crucial posts, such as intake, video court, and transportation.

“He is that employee that you can call upon and he can get the job done. We appreciate his work ethic and how quickly he has learned CCNO operations.”

For the month of September, Devin Boettner was selected. Devin Boettner, a corrections officer from Henry County, was nominated as he was patting down a new book-in, when he discovered suboxone in an inmate’s sock. This is difficult to find as it is typically in thin strips. “We really appreciate his attention to detail.”
