The Fulton County Commissioners held two meetings this past week. The meetings took place on Tuesday, November 5th and Thursday, November 7th.
During these meetings, commissioners moved to approve minutes from the prior meetings, along with the agendas for the current meeting and payment of bills.
Budgets for various departments were also discussed, and the following items were approved.
November 5th
-Resolution 2024-829 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.
-Resolution 2024-830 Approve Zoning Fees.
-Resolution 2024-831 Appoint Administrative Services Coordinator.
-Resolution 2024-832 Approve 2025 Salary Line Adjustment.
-Resolution 2024-833 Authorize Sheriff to Sign DOJ- Cop’s Technology Grant.
-Resolution 2024-834 Approve change Order #5 to Contract 2022-87 with Peterson Construction – Water Booster Station Pump Upgrade.
-Resolution 2024-835 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.
November 7th
-A review of a statement of services for Type II Annexation 2024-4 Village of Metamora.
-A review for Proof of Service for Type II Annexation 2024-4 Village of Metamora.
-Resolution 2024-838 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.
-Resolution 2024-839 Authorize Board President to Execute Ohio EPA Air Pollution Permit Application for Dog Warden.
-Resolution 2024-840 Enter Into Contract 2024-109 with Info Tech for Solicitations of Bids on Bid Express on Behalf of Engineer.
-Resolution 2024-841 Enter Into Contract 2024-110 with Village of Archbold for Elmira/Burlington Service Agreement.
-Resolution 2024-842 Enter Into Contract 2024-111 with Jana Mennetti for 2025 Dietician Services on Behalf of Senior Center.
