Untitled-1 copy WEBHands of Grace Faith in Action is a Fulton County, non-profit ministry that serves the elderly and/or disabled residents in our community. Recently Hands of Grace was chosen as a grant recipient through ODOT for a new 2015 Handicapped Accessible Vehicle. Through the generous donation of matching funds from the Fulton County Health Center, as well as receiving funding from Fulton County United Way for our Transportation Program, Hands of Grace care recipients will realize the great benefit of independence. The Vehicle will be used for non-emergency transportation, for the Hands of Grace Adult Day Center participants, as well as medical appointments for those in need, and so much more.

To learn how you can make a difference in Fulton County through Hands of Grace, visit our website www.hjandsofgrace.org or call 419-822-3556. If you know someone in need of assistance, please refer them to our services. We are all about neighbors helping neighbors. The Hands of Grace Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and care recipients want to express our appreciation to our neighbors in caring, the Fulton County Health Center and the Fulton County United Way. Thank You!
