The Williams County Budget Commission approved a series of amended financial certificates for several local school districts and the Village of Edgerton during its Monday, July 6, 2026, meeting.
The commission met at 8:30 a.m. in the Williams County Courthouse Auditor’s Office, with County Auditor Vickie Grimm, Prosecutor Katie Zartman, and Treasurer Kellie Gray in attendance.
Commission members first unanimously approved minutes from their June 30, 2026, meeting before reviewing amended financial certificates.
The commission approved amended certificates of “estimated resources and county auditor appropriations” for Bryan City Schools, Edgerton Local Schools, and Stryker Local Schools.
Amended certificates of estimated resources were also approved for Millcreek-West Unity Local Schools and North Central Local Schools.

The certificates are part of the budgeting process used by local governments to update official revenue estimates and establish the funding legally available throughout the year.
Zartman made the motion to approve the amended certificates, which was seconded by Gray and approved unanimously. The certificates were then placed within the permanent record.
The commission took no additional action during the meeting.
