The Maple Syrup Day and NW Ohio Woodland & Wildlife Family Festival will be held Saturday, March 23 from 8 am until 12 noon at the Williams County Fairgrounds in Montpelier, Ohio. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am and will be prepared by the Williams County Fair Foundation. The pancake and sausage breakfast with “real” maple syrup costs $5 for adults, $3 for children aged 7-12 and free for children 6 and under.
Events for the day will include horse drawn wagon rides, tractor wagon rides, tree tapping, seedling sale, chainsaw carving and safety, making rope, mushroom hunting, wildlife pelts/displays and much more. For more information call (419) 636-9395.
