Fourteen Individuals Recently Indicted In Williams County

images (2)A total of 14 individuals were indicted by a grand jury in the Williams County Court of Common Please on Tuesday, May 17. Those indicted include:

Joselyn Bassler of Sylvania, Ohio was indicted for possession of heroin (F5).

Alec R. Cassaubon of Bryan, Ohio was indicted for possession of heroin (F5).

Randon M. Goebel was of Waldron, Michigan was indicted on multiple counts including: Count I – Burglary (F2). Count II – Abduction (F3). Count III – Abduction (F3).


Jason R. Hayes of Archbold, Ohio was indicted for one count aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3) and one count aggravated possession of drugs (F3).

Gregory Hines of Bryan, Ohio was indicted for multiple counts including: Count I – Possession of cocaine (F5). Count II – Possession of cocaine (F1) with first and second specifications Count III – Aggravated possession of drugs (F3), with first and second specifications. Count IV – Trafficking in heroin (F4), with first and second specifications.

Nicole L. Joliff of Toledo, Ohio was indicted for possession of heroin (F5).


James D. Mundy or Rocklin, California was indicted for non-support of dependants (F5).

Teariegh S. Lirot of Montpelier, Ohio was indicted for domestic violence (F4).

Jacob A. Nicolen of Pioneer, Ohio was indicted for possession of cocaine (F5) and tampering with evidence (F3).

Amanda M. Ogle of Toledo, Ohio was indicted for two counts trafficking in heroin (F5s).


Jon H. Ordway of Archold, Ohio was indicted for Aggravated trafficking in drugs (F3).

Bobbie J. Stanley of Toledo, Ohio was indicted for one count of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility (F3) two counts of trafficking in heroin (F5s), and one count of possession of heroin (F5).

Wyatt W.L. Wagoner (Edon, Ohio) was indicted on multiple counts including: Count I – Endangering children (F3). Count II – Endangering children (F2). Count III – Felonious Assault (F2).

Joshua J. Wolf of Hillsdale, Michigan was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5).

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
