The Perfect Pair Bradford Catering LLC held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 17th. The event, held in partnership with the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce, took place at the company’s new storefront located at 209 N. Fulton Street in Wauseon.

Owners Jeanette Frost-Bradford and Kenneth Bradford explained that they have been running the catering company together for thirteen years and that together, the pair have 40 years of experience. Jeanette also explained that she grew up in the area and recently moved back.

Years ago, she worked for the Toledo Country Club as the Banquet Manager while attending the University of Toledo, and also worked for an Italian restaurant at one point.

Her boss at that restaurant gave her the idea and the inspiration to open her own catering business. Fast forward a bit and you arrive in Marietta, Georgia where the pair operated their catering company before moving back to Northwest Ohio.

Jeanette explained their reasoning for coming back to the area was due to family and the building they now occupy. When they heard the crystal chandelier was up for sale, they jumped on the chance to get the building as quickly as they could.

“This was our goal. We took a leap of faith to give up our life and come home but we said let’s do it. We hope to make a difference downtown here too. I was born and raised here. I graduated from here.”

“When I was here, downtown used to have so much more here, so much more to do. Recently there have been companies who have opened their doors here and we want to be a part of it. So, we took some time, faith, and courage and came back,” said Jeanette.

As for the catering company, the menu available for events is extensive. Food of all kinds, from continental breakfast to light snacks, lunches, box lunches, hot meals and dinner foods are all available.

Everything is provided including the linen disposables and both unsweet and sweet tea. The new location is also available to be rented out for events that will see 70 people or less.

So, when you are looking to have your next event catered, make sure to check out the Perfect Pair Bradford Catering LLC.
