Rainbow of Wellness, the annual health care conference for mature adults and caregivers, will be held on Thursday, October 13th, from 8:45am-1pm at the Veterans Memorial Building on the Williams County Fairgrounds in Montpelier.
The event is sponsored by the Williams County Older Adults Task Force. Registration, brunch, and booth visitation will be held from 8:45-9:30 am.
Mark Pitman will serve as master of ceremonies. Guest speakers include Karen VonDeylen from Maumee Valley Guidance Center addressing mental wellness and Sheriff Kochert discussing strategies to avoid scams and fraud.
Dinner music will be by Locomotion from Montpelier High School with entertainment by comedian and illusionist Jim Barron.
There will be door prizes. Suggested lunch donation is $3 for those age 60 and over and $5 for age 59 and under.
