While Northwest Ohio has been able to largely contain the outbreak of COVID-19, the hard work that area healthcare workers have always done and continue to do has not gone unnoticed.

In order to express their gratitude for the efforts put forth by the healthcare community, Trilogy Wealth Advisors; Waterford Bank; Andres, O’Neil, & Love; and Newcomer, Shaffer, Spangler, Breininger, and Rakes came together to purchase 540 Subway Lunch boxes from Subway of Stryker.

Subway employees began preparing meals at 7:00 AM on May 15, and Subyway’s Sharon von Seggern helped deliver 480 meals to the Bryan Hospital, 85 meals to the Montpelier Hospital, and 15 meals to the Archbold Hospital that day. Von Seggern noted that she was honored to be able to assist the area businesses in their efforts to express their gratitude to the area’s healthcare workers as well as that she is grateful for the business as the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the restaurant industry as a whole.
