A new resource for children and families in the Bryan area took center stage on Friday, May 1, 2026, as Grow Your Mind, LLC officially welcomed the community into its newly renovated space with a ribbon cutting and open house celebration.
Hosted in partnership with the Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce, the event offered families a chance to step inside, explore the facility, and learn more about services that are now more accessible locally.
The afternoon was complete with crafts, a bounce house, and ice cream for children to enjoy. Although officially breaking in their newest location, Grow Your Mind has been serving the region for over two years.
Originally operating out of a smaller Bryan location, the facility outgrew their building and transitioned into its current home at 5030 County Road 15.
Prior to that, services were often provided in community-based settings such as local libraries and community centers.
Owned and operated by speech-language pathologist Emily Turnbull, the practice offers pediatric-focused services including speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and school-based contracts. Services primarily focus on individuals from birth to age 22.

The newly expanded location allows Grow Your Mind to offer both speech and occupational therapy on-site, along with diagnostic testing for autism spectrum disorder.
With 14 employees, the practice primarily serves clients from Fulton and Henry counties, with hopes to continue to grow its presence in the Williams County area.
A formal recognition from the State of Ohio was also presented to the Turnbull family. A certificate issued by Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose was presented in honor of the ribbon cutting.
It commended Grow Your Mind for its contributions to the community. The recognition highlighted the practice’s role in providing pediatric speech and occupational therapy services, as well as its impact on surrounding local families and strengthening the regional economy.
What began as a celebration of a new space ultimately highlighted something larger: increased access to care for families in the region.
As Grow Your Mind continues to expand, its impact is likely to extend well beyond its walls, offering support, connection, and opportunity for those who need it most.
