TOWNSHIP … Chesterfield Township held a brief meeting on Monday evening, approving a then and now purchase order for $8,788.

The Chesterfield Township Trustees held their regular meeting on February 16, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The trustees approved the regular meeting minutes and the bills presented.
In the fiscal officer report, officials referenced a UAN payment listing report dated February 3, 2026, through February 16, 2026.
The township also noted an upcoming zoning meeting scheduled for March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. and referenced correspondence from the Fulton County Commissioners regarding solar fields, which was noted as being in the zoning file.
During the road portion of the meeting, officials discussed the Safety Sign Grant application, which was noted as being open until June 5, 2026.
The trustees also tabled Resolution 15-2-16-2026, which is a road contract bid from G.T. Contracting for $27,000.
Trustees also approved a Then and Now purchase order, PO #23-2026, in the amount of $8,780.00 for Weber Contracting.
