Wauseon Chili Cook Off will be held on Sept. 26, 2015, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The Chili Cook off Committee is asking for the public’s help!

We are in the need of Chili Contestants, Craft Vendors, Artists and Artisans. There is still time to enter that favorite Chili recipe to win bragging rights over all your friends, neighbors, family and also have a chance to win $400, $300, and $200 for best decorated booth.

Come downtown and vote for your favorite chili as the Wauseon Police and Wauseon Fire Dept. battle it out for bragging rights! Also needed are Craft Vendors as we would like to fill Fulton Street with booths and all of their products.

If you or an organization is interested in being a Chili Contestant contact Metia Nelson @ 419-206-0740 for a Chili Form, Chili contestants will be reimbursed $25.00 the day of Chili Cook Off.

If you are interested in having a Craft Booth contact Linda Frey @ 419-583-9899. For Artists and Artisans call Mark Matheny @ 419-335-3000. For general questions with the Chili Cook off contact chair-Kevin Nelson @ 419-260-9864.

Deadline for entries Sept. 7, 2015.
