Your soul is what makes you capable of loving others, to be the best light to others, to be a symbol of light and hope. In many ways, more than one, your soul is what makes your heart beautiful.
It’s so essential to take care of your soul when you feel overwhelmed and exhausted from everything that life throws at you. Your soul is what makes you pure and beautiful- it’s the best part about you.
Without it, the best part of you is gone. What does it mean to nourish The Soul? Nourishing your soul means loving yourself unconditionally and wholeheartedly.
Even when it isn’t always the easiest thing to give yourself what you need, your soul needs to be nursed to regain all your lost energy.
When your soul is so pure and kind, it’s easy to give parts of yourself to everyone else until your empty inside. Nourishing your soul is a way to get that energy back, to continue being a light to others. Intentional ways to Nourish the Soul. Choose acts of kindness.
It’s the greatest feeling in the world to be kind to others, and a world that doesn’t easily show kindness and compassion. Kindness is the best way to refill your soul with energy and life. Practice meditation.
It’s the easiest thing to feel overwhelmed with your self-sabotaging thoughts. Meditation is the best practice to engage in to gain back your sense of control and peace. Take care of your body.
Physical activity is the best way to get out of your own head once in a while and nourish the soul. Exercise effectively gives endorphins in your body, which makes you feel good about yourself. Listen to relaxing music.
We live in a world of chaos, and listening to relaxing music keeps you calm. No matter what you’re feeling, relaxing music helps both your mind and soul. Spend time connecting to nature.
Going for a brisk walk outside is a great way to nourish the soul. It changes your perspective and keeps you out of your own head. It’s also a great opportunity to reflect on things. Learn how to slow down.
We live in such a fast-paced world, and we’re always moving towards the next task, whether it’s our next job, our next deadline, or our next milestone.
Slowing down is the best way to nourish your soul back to life. Realize it’s OK to let go of control. We all have this need to control certain aspects of our lives but does lead to more frustration and pain.
It’s impossible to control everything, no matter how much we try. To nourish your soul, you need to learn to let go of having control. Try not to overthink everything. Our mind has a way of making up scenarios and thoughts that are extremely far from realistic.
When you catch yourself over thinking, distract yourself from your thoughts so you don’t dwell on them. Practice patience. Patience is truly an underrated but significant value. By practicing patience both to yourself and others, you nourish your soul and show love to yourself. Learn how to let go of the past.
There’s nothing that comes out of obsessing over the past. No matter what, you can never change the past, you can only move forward. To nourish the soul, you must let go of the past completely. Bless it and let go.
We are all really just seeking wholeness and connection to the Earth and to oneself and each other. God, Guadalupe, Angels, Spirit guides, Divine Intelligence. My greatest hopes and prayers are that we can all share and encourage each other to live a happier, healthier, vibrant life.
