Finally, the construction on State Street in Pioneer, is almost complete. The street, from the northern portion of Pioneer, all the way to State Route 20A, has been repaved.
Curbs have been put in on both sides of the road, from the northern portion of Pioneer, all the way to the mobile home park, on the east side of the road. On the west side, curbing goes to the Main Stop parking lot.
On Friday, July 22, much of the road in Pioneer was down to one lane, with flaggers, in order to fill in the manholes.
Once that project is completed, painting of the turning lane arrows will take place. The totality of the project should not take more than two to four weeks to complete.
