VARSITY

Fairview 52 Delta 29

Delta shutout Fairview in the second quarter to pull within 15-13 at halftime, but the Apaches opened the second half on a 18-0 run to pull away for the win 52-29. Braelyn Wymer and Brooklyn Green each tallied 11 points to lead the Panthers (4-2).

Archbold 57 Pettisville 15

Archbold forced 33 Blackbird turnovers as they improved to 4-3 on the season with the win. The Bluestreaks, who were 22/58 shooting from the floor, were paced in scoring by Kylie Sauder with 22 points and Harley Phillips added 10. Pettisville (0-4) was led by Grace Crawford with seven.

BOYS BOWLING

Bryan 2351 Wauseon 2044

Matt Meade rolled games of 268 and 207 to lead the Golden Bears to the win in a makeup match at Bryan. Dominic Boothman was next for the Bears with a 399 series (181+218) and Iestyn Siders added a 337 (139+198). Wauseon was topped by Ryan Marks who fired a 404 (191+213) and Kage Little posted a 371 (216+155).

Kellen Rigg was a double winner for Bryan picking up wins in the 200 IM and 100 Freestyle to lead the Bears past Wauseon. Rigg broke the school record in the 200 IM and was part of wins by Bryan in the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relay. Jackson Miller also earned a pair of wins for Bryan by finishing first in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly. Wauseon’s Andrew Scherer grabbed win for the Indians in the 200 Freestyle and the 500 Freestyle.

Wauseon 107 Bryan 77

Sarayna Russell and Grace Rhoades both captured two wins on the night to lead Wauseon past Bryan. Russell was a winner in the 50 and 100 Freestyle while Rhoades picked up wins in the 200 and 500 Freestyle races. Rhoades and Russell also contributed to wins by the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relay teams. Bryan had three individual winners on the night as Lauren Wityk was first in the 200 IM, Addie Oberlin won the 100 Butterfly, and Maya Keil took the top spot in the 100 Backstroke.
