Delta Man Sentenced To Prison For Failure To Provide Notice Of Change Of Address

A Delta man was sentenced on June 30, 2020, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

Kyle Cervantes, 26, of 2157 Redbud Lane, previously pleaded guilty to Failure to Provide Notice of a Change of Address. He failed to register his residence address with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, since he is a Tier II sex offender.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Cervantes to 12 months in prison.
