The Delta Village Council held their meeting on Monday, May 17th. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.
Following roll call, a motion was made and approved to excuse council member Ashley Todd who was absent.
The mayor then opened a public hearing for the Nature Fresh Farms Ag district renewal. This renewal has to be completed every 5-years and is open for the public to speak about it. With no one wishing to speak, the hearing was closed.

Next, Ernest Wells spoke again regarding the speed limit on his street. He asked if there had been anything figured out with the speed limit yet. The Law Director stated that the issue is still being looked into.
