Edon Village Council Schedules Special Meeting For Second Reading Of State Bank Resolution

The meeting of the Village of Edon came to order Monday at 7 pm. Everyone stood for The Pledge of Allegiance, and roll call was taken. All were present except Dan Ankney.

The reading of communications stated that trash pick-up is on the 16th, and tires will be picked up on the 18th and 19th.

Sewer tank inspections were completed last week, and they are waiting on the report. Radar signs will be up by the end of the week also. Trick-or-Treating will be held Saturday the 30th from 5-7 pm.

Resolution 09-21 an agreement/promissory note with State Bank directing the Village Administrator and Fiscal Officer to sign documents and to be declare an emergency. Emergency means it’s in effect for 30 days.

A motion was made to suspend the rules for 09-21. A motion was then made for a special meeting for a second reading on Wednesday night at 7p.m. which was approved.
