Four County Holds Appreciation Dinner For Fire & EMT Personnel

Four County Career Center hosted an appreciation dinner for the Ridgeville Township Volunteer Fire/EMT Department, Archbold German Township Fire/EMT Department, Northwest State Community College Campus Police staff and Henry County Sheriff’s Department in an effort to thank the safety service personnel for their continued support. Tim Meister, Superintendent welcomed the honored guests. Fire & Rescue and Law Enforcement & Security Tactics students took part in the program. Kolton Myers led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance and Brandon Smith gave the invocation. All of the students talked about their career and technical education programs. Shown following the dinner are (LEFT TO RIGHT) Superintendent Meister; Representing Archbold Department was Chief Andy Brodbeck; Representing Ridgeville Department was Chief Ken Freytag; Law Enforcement & Security Tactics students Brandon Smith (Napoleon); and Abigail Weller (Napoleon); Fire & Rescue students Alisa Parsons (Montpelier); and Kolton Myers (Bryan); Representing Northwest State Community College Campus Police was Chief Alan Word; and Representing the Sheriff’s Department is Sheriff Michael Bodenbender. Four County Career Center wishes to express its’ appreciation for the courageous efforts of the men and women on the fire and emergency medical squads and the police departments. The duties they perform take a special kind of courage and dedication.
