FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Bid Awarded To Lake Erie Construction For Guardrail Upgrades

Fulton County Commissioners held their meeting this past week on Tuesday, April 16th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Commissioners first moved to approve minutes from the April 11th meeting, along with the current agenda and payment of the bills.

Next, a petition was reviewed for York Township regarding vacation, before moving to approve the following items.

– Resolution 2024-300 Set Time and Date of Hearing for the Petition for Vacation 2024- 1 York Township.

– Resolution 2024-301 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-302 Appoint Member to LEPC Board.

– Resolution 2024-303 Approve Payment Request #7 to Contract 2022-87 with Peterson Construction for Water Booster Station Pump Upgrade.

– Resolution 2024-304 Award Bid for Various Guardrail Upgrades To Lake Erie Construction.

– Resolution 2024-305 Dispose of Unneeded, Obsolete, or Unfit Property for Engineer’s Office.

– Resolution 2024-306 Enter Into Contract 2024-52 with CCAO for Worker’s Comp Retrospective Plan.

– Resolution 2024-307 Approve Legal, Plans, and Authorize Ad for 2024 Asphalt Resurfacing Program.

– Resolution 2024-308 Appoint Part Time Intermittent Housekeeper.

– Resolution 2024-309 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

With no further items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned at 9:07 a.m.
