Fulton County Offender Re-Entry Program Marks One Year Anniversary

August 14, 2015Updated:November 30, 2016No Comments2 Mins Read

(Wauseon, OH) The Fulton County Job and Family Services Offender Re-Entry program is approaching a milestone, their one year anniversary! This second chance resource program is filled with organizations ready to help any offender and their family members with barriers they may have transitioning after their release. The program is designed as a one-stop shop with an open house platform.

With the increasing number of parents being incarcerated, released and only to be incarcerated again, this resource program, in partnership with the Fulton County Child Support Agency, Ohio Job & Family Services and many other local organizations is available to assist with any barrier a person may have getting back on track. From finding employment to Recovery programs to driver license reinstatement-certification training, this program can help!

This program is held the third Wednesday of every month at the Robert Fulton Agriculture Center, 8770 State Route 108 Wauseon Ohio. The next event is August 19th from 11a-2 pm and there is no fee to participate.

Stop out and celebrate with the staff and vendors who are working hard to ensure that resources are available! Transportation is being offered to offenders. A 48 hour notice is required. For more details on the program, contact Linda Fisher at 419-337-0010, ext. 1842 or via email at linda.fisher@jfs.ohio.gov
