The Holiday City Village Council met on Thursday, August 19th at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was initiated followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Council then moved to approve the minutes from the previous meetings that took place on July 15th and August 1st.
With no ordinances on the agenda, council moved to hear resolutions with the following being approved. Resolution R-2021-11 regarding the acceptance of $1.6 million to the Village. Resolution R-2021-12 authorizing an option contract for real property. Resolution R-2021-13 authorizing the FellerFinch contract. Resolution R-2021-15 authorizing T&N purchase PO’s.
The council then moved on to hear reports and announcements followed by old and new business. The meeting was then adjourned for the evening.
