Indians finish two runs shorts against TCC

TOLEDO: April 26, 2014 – The Wauseon Indians came up a few runs short in a 7-5 defeat at the hands of Toledo Central Catholic recently. Clay Tefft was on the mound for the Tribe pitching five innings giving up seven runs on seven hits while striking out one. Axel Bueter came in in relief for the final inning and struck out two.

The Indians had a solid performance at the plate despite the loss. Ty Suntken, Jacob Newlove and Josh Kauffman each finished with two hits apiece. Kauffman had two RBI, while Suntken, Newlove and Tefft each had one.
