Janet K. Huffman, age 76, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 in her home. She was born February 16, 1944 in Wauseon, Ohio to the late Wilford O. and Wanda Mavis (Turpening) Falor. Janet married Butch Huffman on October 07, 1967 and he survives.
She was employed with McCord Corporation from 1978-1995, Haas Door from 1996-1999 and with the Fulton County Auditor’s office and Title office from 1999-2009. Janet was one of the hardest working individuals and took pride in not missing work.
She was a lifelong homemaker and loving grandmother, enjoying and attending many grandchildren’s athletic sporting events.
Survivors include, her husband, Butch of Wauseon, Ohio. Her children, Heather Huffman, of Toledo, Ohio, Craig Huffman, of Wauseon, Ohio, Hilary Huffman, of Defiance, Ohio. Her grandchildren, Clay Andrews, Halle Floss, and Harlee Floss. Her sister, Joyce Tavtigian, of Swanton, Ohio. Many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call for a time of visitation with the Huffman family, 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon, Ohio. Public graveside service and interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Wauseon Union Cemetery. Pastor Donna Stutzman will officiate.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, social distancing will be observed in the funeral home and cemetery services. Facial coverings are recommended.
