Kunkle Woman Sentenced For Possession Of Heroin

A Kunkle, Ohio woman was sentenced on October 16, 2018 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court,

Jennifer A. Brewer, age 36, previously pled guilty to Possession of Heroin. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about August 16, 2017, Ms. Brewer possessed heroin.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Brewer to two years of community control, He ordered Ms. Brewer to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete the Drug Court program; successfully complete current treatment at A Renewed Mind; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs; not visit a home or be a passenger in a vehicle where alcohol is contained; not enter bars and/or taverns; and comply with an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 aim. curfew,

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Brewer serving 11 months in prison.
